**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for On-Page Optimization, Off-Page Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Link Building Techniques.
- Expertise in complete SEO management across multiple search engines.
- Proactively manage keyword identification with all the relevant tools and the ability to communicate/interact with stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor SEO status of assigned websites for opportunities and updates.
- Keep up with trends and recommend changes and updates accordingly.
- SEO experience will include excellent knowledge of search engine technology.
- Develop, execute and maintain link building activities.
- Familiarity and control over SEO reporting and web analytics tools.
- Will be responsible for uploading website updates in FTP.
- Will be responsible to create monthly/weekly report for all our stakeholders.
- Take part in submissions across the web directories and article, directories, social bookmarking, blog and forum submission to increase link popularity for websites and other SEO related activities.
- Need to take care of advanced settings in promoting web ranking with various techniques and identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings.
- Ability to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Direct and work with the team towards successful execution of assignment/campaign.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of SEO experience working on apps and websites, demonstrating ability to execute and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years managing high-performance SEO or teams, with experience of scaling up team with proven business results for running enterprise.
- Experience in leading e-commerce, managing international team or part of globalization project will be an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices for websites in different languages (re: URL structure, hreflang tags, Search Console indexing, etc).
- Deep technical expertise of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with SEO reporting.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g.
SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g.
Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with previous experience structuring and performing complex analysis in the digital marketing space to drive efficient growth.
- Self starter with exceptional creativity, business acumen, data driven, and growth-minded with the ability to influence parties across a matrixed organization.
- Experience navigating business organizations, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiating optimal solutions across all parties.
