**What You Will Do**
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product monetization strategies and features
- Spearheading the cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts for successful product launches, from planning to post-launch analysis
- Collaborate closely with product owners to translate technical details into compelling customer value propositions
- Ensure accuracy and competitiveness of pricing for GoTo inventories to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Work with finance and legal teams to ensure pricing strategies comply with regulations and policies
- Foster effective communication channels to align on strategic initiatives and resolve potential roadblocks
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance supply-side operations efficiency
- Analyze data and metrics to develop strategies addressing operational challenges and optimization opportunities
- Evaluate product adoption rates and fill rates to identify growth prospects and areas for enhancement
- Develop strategies to scale the business by optimizing adoption rates and fill rates for maximum revenue potential
- Monitor the performance of each channel/inventory and initiate improvements as necessary
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Min GPA 3.00/4.00
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, business development, and product marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in document, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Proficient in processing and synthesizing data to make informed decisions
