Establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership for your assigned commodity / category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have site responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for your site, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish procurement strategy for a category of product and service. This including managing, identifying, qualify and securing new vendors.
- Sourcing and negotiating with global vendors included low cost/ high growth region.
- Drive alignment with sales, proposal, engineering and project team to deliver desired result.
- Conducting E-auction as per required to deliver pre and post award saving.
- Supporting LOB to increase the win rate by arranging bi-weekly pre-engagement meeting. Attending and presenting 3rd party costing in proposal review meeting for bidding jobs.
- Build good relationship with key suppliers.
- Support HPS for all the sourcing activities and delivered substantial cost saving to improve profit margin at post award sage.
- Payment term improvement (AWPOT) and MPO (Monthly Payment cycle) against AOP target.
- Review front log and backlog projects based on profit tool report and create strong pipelines pre and post projects in sourcing tool.
- Drive productivity through Value Engineering effort with collaboration with cross functional team with strong MOS.

- Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools
