Job Description Summary:
As an LMS Business Analyst, this position is responsible for understanding business needs and aligning the use of Learning Management System technology with educational goals and organizational development. This position will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that support learning strategies and employee development.
Job Description:
- Analyzing user needs and key stakeholder requirements related to LMS/SMILE.- Interpreting user needs and key stakeholder requirements in accordance with Moodle's functional as a system and agreed governance within LMS/SMILE.- Ensuring LMS/SMILE can integrate well with other HR systems and meet business needs.- Communicating with LMS/SMILE developers to ensure clear understanding of system design.- Participating in user acceptance test (UAT) phases to ensure system functionality aligns with requirements.- Conducting system validations to ensure security and optimal utilization.- Developing and delivering training to users on LMS/SMILE usage.- Identifying and addressing potential issues that may arise.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology- Understanding of Moodle LMS: Experience and knowledge of Moodle LMS, including its key features, configuration, administration, and the ability to optimize its use for institutional or organizational needs- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to effectively manage development, implementation, and maintenance programs for LMS- Familiarity with PHP and SQL Programming Languages: Solid knowledge of PHP and SQL programming languages enables system analysts to customize, develop, and troubleshoot Moodle LMS.- Sufficient Understanding of Course Structure in Moodle: Ability to understand and modify course structures within Moodle, including class settings, modules, and learning pathways to meet specific user needs and learning objectives.- Experience in Instructional Design (ID): Experience in instructional design allows a system analyst to design effective learning experiences and align LMS technology with good learning principles.- Project Management Skills: Ability to efficiently and effectively plan, manage, and execute a project is an essential aspect of this role. This includes the ability to create project schedules, allocate resources, identify risks, and coordinate teams to ensure projects are completed according to plan and on time.- Willing to be placed at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Thamrin
