\n ResponsibilitesResponsible for managing and handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organisation needs Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needsCreate attractive job advertisements through powerful and persuasive words to find the right candidatesManage candidate and hiring manager relationships, providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboardingWorking closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process Creating and propose the salary package and resposible for offering until negotiate to the candidate until closing Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submissonResponsible of all recruitment administrationContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable universityMin. 5 years experience as recruiter for handling various level especially senior levelHaving exposure and understanding of logistics and startup industry is preferablyProven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailExcellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiationTarget oriented and having experience to work with SLAPreferably experience for hiring in Logistics / Supply Chain Operations Fluent in english is a must
