The role: Act as the primary point of contact for our external clients, fostering strong relationships and facilitating open communication Lead functional discussions with customers and project team members Translate requirements into project deliverables and collaborate with the project team to design solutions Setup and configure Atlassian products (e.g. Jira Service Management). Work with customers and the project team to resolve issues Provide support to the team in Pre-Sales activities, including but not limited to responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other statements of work Prepare demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Atlassian solutions What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in system information, information technology, or a related field At least 5 years proven experience and track record of implementing and leading the implementation of SaaS solutions implementation for high value clients in IT services environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions, and build consensus in both Mandarin and English Hands-on experience in business process definition and design Proven track record of successfully completing projects where you have worked on the requirements and implementations A ttentive to detail and skilled in meeting deadlines Goal-driven, self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Always curious and excited to learn new things Beneficial to have ITSM tools implementation experience ITIL certification preferred (i) iZeno will never request recruitment fees from candidates under any circumstances.
