We do this through an on-ground network of micro collectors and retailers, supported by our digital platforms. Our team spans across Indonesia, Singapore, and India.**Purpose of Position**
As a Senior Trade Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth of our agricultural inputs business via our retailer and micro collector partners. This individual will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Category for our inputs business, as well as the Sales and Offline Activation teams to ensure effective promotion and positioning of our agricultural input services, and alignment with our overall business goals. The role will involve creating innovative marketing campaigns for online/offline, fostering partnerships, and optimising market penetration.**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans to drive awareness and growth of our inputs services via retailers and micro collector partners
-Create and manage marketing materials design and production, including point-of-sale displays, brochures, and promotional materials
-Collaborate with the online/offline marketing and activation teams to plan and execute impactful in-app, digital, in-store and on-ground activities to enhance brand visibility and product engagement
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and to provide necessary support for achieving sales targets
-Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Head of Category to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
-Monitor and analyze marketing performance and key growth metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and report on marketing results
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in a trade marketing role within agriculture or related industry (e.g. FMCG)
-Proven track record of successfully developing and executing trade marketing strategies that have driven business growth and achieved KPIs
-Strong understanding of agricultural input products and the dynamics of the industry is preferrable
-Experience in handling marketing for rural target market, low-income earners or micro/small businesses (MSMEs) would be preferred
-Experience in collaborating across online/offline marketing channels
-Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to use and transform data to make decisions
-Fluency (or at least business proficiency) in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is a must.

-Growth in market share and penetration for agricultural input products
-Effectiveness and impact of trade marketing campaigns, measured through metrics such as brand visibility, engagement, and customer feedback
