Develop and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy relevant to user requirements
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, etc.
Design graphic user interface elements and create original graphic designs
Develop UI mockups and prototypes
Prepare and present design drafts to key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Plan and conduct end-user research and usability tests
Provide guidance to QA team on UI elements testing
The UI UX Designer will be a member of Phincon Creative Design team. The team will provide support for pre-sales and post-sales project delivery on UI UX requirements in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge and applied skills for visual design software, wireframing and prototyping tools
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience in end-user research and usability tests
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to present and explain chosen design strategy for a project
A team player but can work independently, too.
Preferably possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in visual design or related design courses
