Senior Ux Designer

Kickstart and facilitate design project discussions / workshops with users and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders
- Support the development and testing of prototypes all the way to design delivery
- Visualize complex information / concepts in simple and effective way in design channels and touchpoints
- Work and communicate with developers on design development

**Requirement**:

- 4-5 years of professional experience as a design practitioner, exemplifying various disciplines such as facilitation, research, UX, visual design or service design.
- Proven track record of shipping good design experience in e-commerce B2B platform (preferred but not withstanding)
- Strong demonstration of empathy, problem solving, design humility and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong desire to change and challenge status quo, ask the right questions and make things happen
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A related Design Degree will be an advantage
- Business proficiency in English.

Gaji: Rp20.000.000 - Rp24.000.000 per bulan
