Senior Ux Designer - Logistic

Job Description
Kickstart and facilitate design project discussions / workshops with users and stakeholders
Conduct user research and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders
Support the development and testing of prototypes all the way to design delivery
Visualize complex information / concepts in simple and effective way in design channels and touchpoints
Work and communicate with developers on design development

Requirement
4-5 years of professional experience as a design practitioner, exemplifying various disciplines such as facilitation, research, UX, visual design or service design.
Proven track record of shipping good design experience in e-commerce B2B platform (preferred but not withstanding)
Strong demonstration of empathy, problem solving, design humility and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong desire to change and challenge status quo, ask the right questions and make things happen
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
A related Design Degree will be an advantage
Business proficiency in English.
