We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role **Senior Vice President GTRF Product Head**

**Responsibilities**:
Maximizes revenue growth through creating trade initiative together with Business Development ManagerPreparing and getting approval for new products and annual products review.Provides consultancy advice to clients to maximize the benefits of our GTRF solutions and to strengthen client relationships.Conducting training for trade product refreshment and new product launching.Strategic thinking and high level of business acumen and commercial awarenessEnsures governing policy and procedure for GTRF Product is aligned with internal and external regulations Provides support in relevant GTRF Business / System ProjectsMonitor and review policies on a regular basis to ensure they are fit for purposeEnsure all key recommendations from recent governance audits are implementedBroad knowledge of group strategy. An appreciation of the global nature of the Group's businessStrong communication, presentation and influencing skills Strong project management skills Demonstrates sound commercial judgment and strategic in thinking Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode, on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse.

Detailed knowledge of Trade Product (4-5 years' experience) and front office area Detailed knowledge of Credit and Risk including techniques to mitigate risksBroad knowledge of HSBC companies and product ranges
