Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Senior Vice President Portfolio and CLCM.**
**Responsibilities**:
The role holder is responsible for the overall WPB portfolio across different segments particularly for Mass Affluent and Personal Banking; and subsequently work with relevant teams on Asset only and Retail Business Banking (RBB) segments whenever applicable. Focus is to ensure WPB's portfolio grows healthily and profitably, customer needs are fulfilled thru the provision of the right products and propositions. The role holder is also responsible for Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM); aligning with HSBC's framework to ascertain customers are well managed throughout all stages including acquisition/activation, relationship deepening, and retention.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Experience in managing portfolio of at least similar size with complexity of multiple product and business lines
- Experience in driving profitability from portfolio management actions taking into account different behaviors of each customer segments
- Strong business acumen and drive - preferably minimum of 8 years experience in the banking industry
- Strong sense of customer centricity
- Strong leadership both horizontally and vertically
