It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Wealth and Personal Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Senior Vice President Regional Branch Network**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing and coordinating the work program as well as the Performance Expectation that must be achieved within a period for the Regional Office and Branch, in line with the company's work program.
- Achieving or exceeding the regional target in growing customer, balance and revenue through expansion of new customers and deepening the existing customers, including managing cost, profit and Lost
- Communicating, implementing and achieving the service standard and target in the region in accordance with the HSBC service standard and objective;
- Coordinating and developing/guiding Branch office in his or her region in order to be able operate effectively and efficiently.
- Supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of Branch office operation through management of the Branch supporting functions.
- Performing the duty of supervision and coordination for managerial staff in his or her region.
- Safeguarding the Company's interest from operational risk and other risks in the banking activity in his or her region.
- Ensuring the compliance as well as exercising internal supervision over function activities in his or her region.
- Providing report, proposal, analysis report and evaluation, either verbally or in writing to the superior for the development and smooth implementation of the existing process in the Regional Office and Branch Office toward more effective and efficient direction.
Qualifications
- Has minimum 15 years working experience, which minimum 10 years leadership position in retail banking and branch distribution.
- Strong knowledge in Retail and Wealth Management, financial markets, investment insurance products and understand as well retail business banking business.
- Has capability in strategic planning and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and sales driven with deep understanding of service culture.
- Strong in people management, which include various activity: hiring, grooming and retaining employees.
- Able to work collaborative within and across department.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- High endurance and resilience.
