We're actively seeking a Senior Video Editor who will be instrumental in our content production journey. Given YouTube's dynamic pace, your expertise will be crucial in translating our creative visions into reality, all while staying true to the original narrative of the storyteller.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit a range of video content, with a target of producing at least one video per week.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure their vision is captured and conveyed effectively.
- Handle up to four different video types, mastering the distinct editing style each requires.

**Requirements**:

- A keen understanding of the YouTuber's narrative and storytelling approach.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on over-communicating to ensure clarity and alignment.
- A proactive mindset and the willingness to take initiative.
- Open to experimentation, willing to make mistakes, learn, and adapt.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
