**The Opportunity**
We are actively seeking for a full-time SEO Specialist to join and support our branding and marketing team. As a SEO Specialist at ASURE Bio, you will get to work closely with our talented team in managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, keyword strategy, link building and SEM campaigns. Your expertise will allow ASURE Bio and our clients to rise in the rankings on all major search networks.
**Requirements**:
- Develop optimisation strategies that increase search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout website and marketing materials
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Perform competitor gap analysis with other companies within the industry to supplement keyword research.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to evaluate SEO strategy performance
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
- Update content and develop backlink building strategies for maximum optimisation and search engine rankings.
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
- Develop cost-effective SEM strategies to generate leads, and build brand awareness.
- Craft compelling narratives and engaging content for SEM campaigns.
**Preferred Experience**
- 1-3 years of SEO experience (developing strategies, and executing) working in an agency or start-up environment.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Excellent command of the English language, exceptional copywriting and communication skills, and a strong understanding of internet culture.
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, including social media management, designing, creative work and content creation is a plus.
Mode of Working: Remote/Hybrid
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
