**Description**:SabiKerja is a curated headhunter agency based in Jakarta that is well-known as a one-stop talent solution in which we connect curated quality talent with the institution or company that partners with us.We represent our clients that one of the premier bars and lounges that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience in busy times and for an exceptional evening of entertainment, relaxation, and indulgence.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience, providing recommendations and answering any questions.- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation.- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables.- Follow all health and safety guidelines and adhere to food handling regulations.- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on menu offerings.**Requirements**:- Have experience as a Server in the F&B industry, preferably in a bar or lounge setting.- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including cocktails and specialty drinks.- Intermediate proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure.- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
