Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure (Ict)

J Job Descriptions:

- Ensure that ICT Policy is kept appropriate to the business and supported with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is implemented and reviewed on periodical basis.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure, is running efficiently and effectively where the end users and management can access to it anytime and from anywhere with proper security embedded to it.
Identify potential system improvement opportunities to support the business.
- Ensure all ICT project are to meet and achieve all the project goals, objectives, budget, time line and resources.
- Proposing ideas for investment of new system development for better performance
- Communicating the policy to users and controlling its implementation
- Prepare and manage budget and three-year-plan based on the result of discussion with division / department heads as well as IT plan and obtaining management approval

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology
- 5 years or more working experience in IT.
- Experience in managing ERP system project and network infrastructure with dispersed geographic.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
