- Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Provide field service execution (hands-on) for Grasso equipment, including planned service, overhaul and repairs
- Provide customer technical support and coordinate warranty claim
- Provide internal technical consulting for sales and other team members
- Provide spare parts and upgrade recommendations for customer
- Manage and execute service contracts
- Perform overhauling of Screw and Reciprocating compressors
- Supervise installation and commissioning of new projects/equipment
- Meet customer for technical discussion and service projects
- Project supervising and coordination with sub-contractors
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting on refrigeration system (Process / Mechanical / Electrical)
- Preparation of Instruction Manuals
- Provide maintenance and operational training to customers
- Ensure safety adherence of all colleagues and contractors involved in the site works
- Prepare weekly timesheets and service/commissioning reports.
- Support our service and spare parts sales.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Refrigeration/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in refrigeration or compression equipment service, repair and operation
- Knowledge on Electrical troubleshooting and Control System/Automation will be of huge advantage.
- In-depth process knowledge in industrial refrigeration sector, with very strong technical-know-how
- Good oral, written and presentation skills in English
- Good computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proactive, independent, highly motivated and open-minded
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients.
- Able to travel occasionally for short duration of 1-2 weeks throughout Indonesia and sometimes overseas
