Service Engineer (Jakarta Selatan)

Provide technical service and support regarding installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance to field service.
- Keeping the field service supervisor up to date on workshop or site progress, problems, delays, etc;
- Ensure all jobs can be implemented with the proper documentation which will cover quality record, working process record and spare parts in and out registration.
- Abide by company's confidential agreement on technical document and drawings.
- Understands NOV's products, capabilities and limitations in sufficient detail to be able to develop service offerings that meet customer needs.
