- Conduct Training Development for Front Liners.
- Measure Front Liners Technical Competency Level.
- Measure and analyzing Customer Satisfaction Index (All Sinar Mas Land projects).
- Handle Unsolved Ticket Customer.
- Handle Service Innovation/Improvement are
- Manage Customer Data.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Management, Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
