**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of working experience in any function
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Comfortable in juggling with data and Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous/detail oriented
- A team player

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Whatsapp groups.
- Ensuring all concerns raised in the group are taken care by related team.
- Collecting and classifying the issues to Shipper Experience database.
- Pivoting the database to withdraw conclusions.
