**Shipping Operational Associate Manager****JOB PURPOSE**- Support Logistics Manager by supervising the delivery of imported raw material and packaging material and also export operational activities of consumer health (CH) products as accordance with shipment order fulfillment to customer as well as ensure the availability of flight/vessel.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead daily operation end to end import process, such as ; review import document with data purchase order on system, take correct HS Code and tariff, readiness permit on material shipment, inward manifest, vessel arrival, import declaration, submit payment tax import, control transport document on local agent, line status, monitor clearance at port and notification to warehouse for the incoming related on item importation belong plant Cimanggis of raw material, packaging material, spare part, machinery, finished goods CH/PH and others supporting equipment for production activity.- Lead daily operation end to end export process, such as : slot booking carrier order, chase booking confirmation from carrier via freight forwarder, control delivery order with schedule stuffing, release shipping instruction, control availability and quality container from depo carrier, organize trucking to arrive on site within time, maintain sales order and purchase order for export goods, create customs / commercial invoice and packing list, provide export declaration, review and collect sea waybill, outward manifest, and certification of origin before the forwarder issued the final docs.- Organize schedule shipment order (inbound/outbound) of Product Supply Center from/to supplier/customer abroad within time.- Collaborate with internal party to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment time.- Engage with Freight Forwarder to oversee the outgoing carrier activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of cargo equipment to arrange delivery order of inbound/outbound.- Connect with customs broker as representative Bayer to handle/clearance the goods at Port swiftly to minimize cost dwelling time handle/clearance process.- Communicate with Order Management CH related on vessel schedule and provide the proper shipping document such Customs/Commercial Invoice, packing list, Sea Waybill, Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Analysis for customer to release the cargo out from Port Destination.- Collaborate with external parties; Bank, Customs Broker, Freight Forwarder Agent, Carrier to support export and import activity.- Ensure the shipping document related import and/or export are complete, correct and in time.- Support data export and import for claim customs facility drawback.- Lead Customs Audit with Associate Manager Customs Facility & Compliance- Coordinate trainings related to Customs Law and Others Regulation topics- Develop or revise standard operational working practices and evaluate performance freight forwarder and customs broker to support the export and import activities.- Create, review, update and socialize SOP to export/import personnel- Assist Logistic Manager and support Associate Manager Shipping in related with custom activity- Work results have a broad impact on logistic operations especially in to reduce occupancy pallet in warehouse.- High interaction and leadership opportunities will be required with all levels of plant personnel.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Technology/ Engineering/ Management- Customs Expert certified (tersertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan)- Having 5 years experiences in operation of Logistic, Warehouse, Transportation, and Export-Import field- Having knowledge in Customs Regulation or in any related.- Good communication skill- Able to work as individual and in team- Good analytical thinking- Have experience / knowledge in managing government affair.- Fluent in English both verbal and written**Application Period**:- 23 June 2023 - 6 July 2023**Reference Code**:- 795445**Division**:- Consumer Health**Location**:- Cimanggis Depok**Functional Area**:- Supply Chain Management**Position Grade**:- R13**Employment Type**:- Regular**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
