Shipping Representative (Indonesia) (0122 June 2023)

Responsibilities- Collect the market business and client information for the break bulk and other Specialized cargo fleet voyage and/or T/C basis in Indonesia, Identify the customers and their needs.- Understand customer needs, and provide the best service to the clients of Indonesia.- Conclude and execute best business in line with shipping management guidance and targets.- Conduct the technical guidance for loading and discharging operations when fleet vessels calling the port of Indonesia, if necessary, attend the loading or discharging operation on site.- Coordinate the local agent and the operator of the fleet vessels to dispatch vessels under the safety situation in Indonesia port.- Make the weekly and monthly management reporting and follow the instruction of shipping & operations division and company leaders.Safety- Take responsibility for the safety of myself and those around me by displaying safety leadership principles.- Challenging and stopping unsafe acts and behaviors or unsafe conditions.- Comply with the Global Safety Standards, Polices and Operating Procedures.**Requirements**:- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.- 1+ years of business-to-business solutions selling experience required with a focus on prospecting new customers and developing existing business relationships, Familiar with the market of heavy lift project cargo and / or Breakbulk Paper Pulp is preferred.- At least 2 years cargo operations experience in similar industry, Familiar with the cargo operations of heavy lift project cargo and / or Paper Pulp is preferred.- To possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated business math and intermediate computer skills with MS Office skillsets- Good relation with the ship-owner of Break bulk & heavy lift cargo and other Specialized carriers is preferred.- To have Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is preferred- To have a chief office or captain's license of ocean-going vessels is preferred- To have the practical of port captain or Stevedore company foreman is preferred.**Benefits**:CCMEA 07C3069R1110620
