- Conceptualize and execute programs and initiatives to increase the supply of commerce-driven videos in Shopee's platform
- Perform in-depth data analysis and operations on multiple creator programs
- Conduct competitive intelligence and make recommendations
- Support strategy and planning on multiple creator programs
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver the initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets
- Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholders
- Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
