Shopee Video Qa (Solo, Contract Based)

Department Operations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - SoloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Give assessments regarding the agent's tasks and ensure that they are in accordance with SOP standards- Calibrating QA assessment- Monitoring, reporting & exercise- Find solutions to agent problems related to the tasks**Requirements**:- **Requirements**:- Experienced in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome- Attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, insight, and creative- Able to work in a team, good skills in communication- Able to work under pressure and under dynamic target- Familiar with Excel (minimum basic Excel)- Familiar or active with Live Stream- Fluent in English is a plus
