The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.- Responsible for any improvement projects / initiatives within ShopeeMall Acquisition and analyze projects' impact to overall business performance- Maintain ShopeeMall Acquisition internal systems and in charge for any relevant inquiries regarding the systems- Monitor progress of brands in the pipeline, calculate SLA per process, and provide deep-dive analysis- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for any bigger scale ad-hoc projects**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree and above with 2+ years of experience in relevant field- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties- Able to develop strategic plans out of data-driven reports for service improvements- Excellent and dynamic end-to-end project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
