Job Responsibility Shopkeeper / Retail Sales Staff: Your responsibilities : 1. Greet and welcome customers.
2. Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
3. Share product knowledge with customers and make recommendations.
4. Process financial transactions and payments.
5. Maintain a clean and tidy sales environment.
6. Assist with inventory.
7. Handle refunds and returns.
8. Handle customer complaints.
9. Create a positive customer experience and work environment.
Requirements : 1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Familiarity in using POS system.
4. Good customer service skills.
5. Ability to work as part of a team.
6. Good multitasking skills.
Benefits: 1. Monthly salary start from Rp 3.000.000 - Rp 4.000.000.
