JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
- Bridging between the marketing and the sales team
- Translate the objective of the marketing into a strategy that can be implemented by the sales team
- Develop the strategy of the pricing, the place and the promotion of the brand equity of the product in the market
- Create the Must Carry SKU guideline for every channel
- Develop the tools to monitor the implementation of the strategy
- Managing front liners (SPG, BC and MC at every detail of guideline and execution which are managing on remuneration, benefit for the employee, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), stores mapping and the quality of the capability and the performance of the front liners


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) from all majors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Available for business trips out of town
