IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Siebel 8.1.1.8 functional skill (senior level), ideally experience in Siebel Lead and Campaign Management - Siebel test skill (expert level).Expert in client's CRM system's core functionalities (Siebel Call Center for customer care).Expert in understanding the specific customer business processes, i.e. automotive sales management and customer care.Work location: EU Ideally deep knowledge of client specific CRM- and Automotive processes - Automotive insight.Experience with Agile methodologies.
