Generate leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce recruitment services. Negotiate rates and contract terms with potential clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and client information. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. ?? Requirements Super Excellent English communication skills. Strong negotiation and resilience in handling rejections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software. Benefits:
