Supervising and controlling Construction of Civil Work

Responsible Analyze and Approve all Civil works method, materials, Shop Drawing and As-Built Drawing Shop Drawing and As-Built Drawing proposed by the contractors, prior the execution

Responsible Contract Specifications, Analyze Composite Drawing for and linked with other scope: MEP, Interior, Landscape

Ensure and supervise that all details of the work execute by the contractor have received a Work Permit and are in accordance with the latest Approved drawings, Approved materials, and Approved Method

Responsible for all administration, correspondence, compiling MOM and document filling (warranty certificates, Testing, etc.)

Make sure all project finished safely (Zero Fatality)

Coordination for administrative needs from the Head Office to Site Office
D3 - S1 Civil / Architecture

SKK Ahli Gedung Certification / Construction Management

Minimum 6 Years Experiences in Highrise and Landed Building

**Technical Skills**: Autocad, Microsoft Project, QC Plan/ITP (Inspection & Testing Plan), Qulity Control, Site Management, HSE Awareness

Experienced in managing internal teams and daily workers

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
