**What you will do**:
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible to act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project.

**How you will do it**:

- Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position.
- External communication with customers, general contractor, supervision, design institute and other construction units, manage site activities to ensure compliance to quality standards.
- Internal communicate and work closely with sales, engineering, procurement and other departments to ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved.
- Prepare project documentation such as Project Plan, drawings and OMM
- Participate in the regular meeting of the project, allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements;
- Manage project and control cost to ensure project is completed on time within budget, contractual and safety standard
- Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning and handing over to client.
- Hand over to service team upon the successful completion of project.

**What we look for**:

- Diploma or above in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent (HVAC, Refrigeration etc.)
- Above 3 years working experience on project management in related industries preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external.
- Strong team player and ability to multi-task
- Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to travel frequently.
