You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. We are looking for Site Integrated Planner based in Karawang. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' Main responsibility: - Run, execute and maintain Site Integrated Planning (SIP) processes for a given Manufacturing site for all its manufacturing processes. - Collect the required capacity and availability parameters from manufacturing (from resource leads) and leverage them to accomplish an efficient scheduling in factories. - Adhere to capacity, production and material availability constraints while minimizing delayed/missed production and last moment STP changes. - Prepare rolling, integrated and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle, drumbeat and scheduling horizon in order to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
