Site Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Controlling and monitoring any progress of the site project relate to the timeline project
- Responsible in quality control of the project
- Coordinating all contractors and departements who is in charge on the site project
- Coordinating all site environment with local people
- Responsible for identify, review and making solution or suggestion to technical issue that may occur in the project site

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in the same position
- **Experienced in supervising the mass construction of housing units**:

- **Experienced in supervising a workforce of more than 100 people**:

- Able to socialize and coordinate with local residents around the project
- **Having SKA (preferred)**:

- **Placement in Bandung**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Site Manager: 3 years (preferred)
- Civil Engineering: 5 years (preferred)
- Site Manager: 3 years (preferred)
