- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in site management, construction project coordination, or related roles, preferably in the retail or commercial real estate industry.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of urban landscape, zoning regulations, and permit processes, with a network of local contacts advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
