- Education: Must have at least a D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering (A, B, C)
- Preferably have experience working in a BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) Karya company
- Experience in construction and building development
- Preferably possess SKA (Building Construction Certification)
- Capable of performing managerial functions on projects
- Willing to be placed on any project throughout Indonesia
- Able to work towards project completion targets on schedule
- Honest, meticulous, and innovative in problem-solving
- Highly motivated, strong leadership skills, and responsible
