**What you'll do**:
- Enhance technical and analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with industry standards.
**What you'll need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (open for final year students).
- 0-1 years of experience as an Engineering role.
- Experience in programming or scripting in one or more languages (Shell Script, Python, Golang, JavaScript etc.).
- Knowledge on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS or Azure will be an added advantage. (GCP preferred).
- Basic knowledge on Linux based systems.
- Basic knowledge on Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Open for six (6) months internship period.
- Excellent understanding of SLO, SLI, SLA, and error budget.
- Experience with Unix/Linux system administration & networking.
- Clear cloud networking concepts (e.g. VPC, Load Balancers, DNS, network connectivity & peering, etc.).
- Lean and improve automation, infrastructure as code, orchestration(e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Pulumi, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and observability technologies (e.g. Datadog, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Loki, New Relic, etc.).
- Experience with container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Experience with open-source server and middleware technologies (e.g. Apache, NGINX, HAProxy, Envoy, Kong, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, ProxySQL, etc.).
- Experience with web and cloud security (e.g. SSL/TLS, OAuth, SSO, OWASP, IAM, encryption, firewall, etc.
