You will be responsible for overseeing the product line of KREBS Pumps, Cyclones, Valves, Hose & Rubber (PCV) performance in the field as well as targeting competitor installed base to replace & offering technical solutions with our Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in service solutions and drive the success of our products in the region.Job Scope:- Customer focused service support for all Pumps, Cyclones, Valve, Hose & Rubber products in the region.- Routinely monitoring & offering improved performance solutions to Customers. In-depth knowledge of rebuilds, oversee site installation & routine maintenance of PCV equipment.- Targeting competitor installed base, gathering process-data & working with technical teams to offer our products showcasing improved performance, lower total ownership costs, better availability & service support.- Technical solutions sales through identifying site issues & troubleshooting - willingness to drive business development and build relationships for repeat business.- Maintain site based installation list & monitor performances.- Collaborate with the regional sales teams to effectively promote and market our products/services to relevant customers in the region.- Work closely with Regional/Global Product Line Management, Capital Sales, and Inside Sales to develop winning proposals.- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to customers, sales representatives, and site support.- Travel to customer sites and engineering firms to troubleshoot, consult on system design, support start-ups, and ensure proper aftermarket support, including warranty/quality issue resolution.- Report won/lost opportunities and customer feedback, including market intelligence, competition activities, and suggestions for product design and improvement based on specific customer pain points.- Collaborate to support the successful launch of new products/services in the region.- Assist with mining sales opportunities in region.What you bring:- Strong Customer Focus- Ability to live and work in Indonesia.- Experience with a service background as a fitter & turner or in metallurgy or mechanical engineering.- Capability to provide training and guidance to customers, sales, and field service teams.- Willingness to travel to troubleshoot, consult on system design, and ensure aftermarket support.- Skilled in analyzing competition, providing customer feedback. Ability to identify product design improvements and customer pain points.- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
