We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Job Responsibilities:This role will be responsible in preparation and monitoring of budget, including but not limited to:- Monthly analysis of business performance - in general & by department- Supporting deck preparation for BoD, BoC, QBPR- Supporting budget request review (ACRs)- Engage in discussion with stakeholders for budget concernsJob Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields- At least 8 years experience in finance role- Good communication in English, both speaking and writing- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline with time flexibility- Critical thinking, having good analytical skills.- Able to challenge counterparty to result in essential need of budget requested- Innovative to seek improvement possibility- Able to discuss with higher level of stakeholders
