Are you an experienced and driven sales professional ready to take our sales efforts to new heights? Superside is seeking a talented professional to help scale our outreach across the SMB and mid-market sectors.
In this role, you'll thrive on the challenge of making first contact, pitching, and discussing business solutions with C-suite marketers and creative directors at some of the world's largest brands. Your success will be measured by your ability to effectively manage inbound leads.
This is a full-time, remote position primarily serving the US market.
\n What you'll doThis role will cover inbound leads for SMB and Mid-market accountsManage and qualify a high volume of inbound meetings dailyConduct thorough discovery calls to uncover customer needs, pain points, and buyer readinessCreate opportunities, book meetings, and nurture relationships to set up our account executive team for successEstablish initial contact with multiple contacts at target accounts using a multichannel approach (phone, email, social, and video)Be a brand ambassador on social platforms, positioning yourself as an expert in the field of marketing and design What you'll need to succeed1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably as a BDRProven top performance in previous sales and/or commercial roles with a track record in achieving commercial targets from selling and/or working with SMB and mid-market customersMastery of inbound sales, including managing high volumes of inbound meetings and running strong discovery callsSelf-confident English communicator, comfortable in speaking with and pitching to executive management on the phone, via video conference, or in writingA self-starting approach and eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in your rolePrevious experience managing TOFU leads and marketing nurtureExperience with (or desire to learn) Salesforce, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
