Soc Engineer

**Qualification**:

- Min. 1 year Experiance SOC Engineer
- Able to evidence excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
- A degree in Information Technology area.
- Good understanding of cyber security principles.
- Knowledge/experience of one or more System administration (Linux, Windows, Mac)
- Having a course certification cyber security is a plus
- Experiance IT Support, sys admin and monotoring ( Network, Cisco, Fortigate - Infrastruktur )

**Jobdesk**:

- Delivery of customer cyber support in line with the objectives of the team objectives, and customer expectations.
- Providing end to end resolution of incidents, including detection and triage as required.
- Working with colleagues outside of SOC, providing feedback to improve the maintenance and tuning of the security tooling.
- Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams.
- Communicating internally and externally issues, escalations, and action plans to resolve customer issues.
- Our analyst are responsible for the monitoring of security incidents, classifying incidents, and acting as a trusted advisor to identify enhancements or new capabilities and technologies for identification, prevention, detection and recovery of cyber incidents.
- We have an opportunity for a well-motivated Junior SOC Analyst to join the team and take a role in the ongoing development and operation of our Managed SOC service.
