**Social & Influencer Marketing Manager (Indonesia)**
We are excited to continue to partner with our client, a video streaming service dominating the world of short-form video content. As we continue to grow with our clients and create exciting marketing campaigns, we are looking for an expert in the domain of video content who also understands social platforms, creators, music culture, and influencer marketing.
As a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in inspiring what is happening in Indonesia across the world of video content creation. You will work in close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, external partners and agencies to identify culture and content trends and amplify them locally, regionally and globally.
Role:
- Through the power of social media and influencer marketing, manage data-driven large-scale influencer marketing programs in Indonesia.
- Bring to life go-to-market plans for content across owned & operated channels, social, influencer, virtual events and paid media.
- Drive Indonesia Influencer marketing efforts, both always-on and for campaigns, in support of and collaboration with the global and local teams, including influencer identification, measurement and optimization
- Develop and execute social & influencer go-to-market plans and campaigns to increase viewership and trends.
- Drive constant experimentation and innovation by identifying breakthrough opportunities through internal and external data, cross-functional collaboration and creative thinking - analyse successes, failures, learnings and ways forward on initiatives and experiments.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in content and influencer marketing in agencies or brand side, especially working with technology and fast-paced internet companies
- Proficiency in project and programme management and marketing execution across channels and markets
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking and comfortable with data-informed decision-making
- Strong understanding and familiarity with the creator landscape of Indonesia
- You are great at execution, mobilise quickly, love to develop amazing creative ideas that people love sharing, enjoy dabbling with data to tell a good story, and make compelling presentations that excite global, regional and cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to cover projects across APAC.
