JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong online community by fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our online presence.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Willing to Work from the office (Office location : Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan)
