**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create content including feeds, articles, graphics, and promotional campaigns for social media.
- Generate creative concepts and devise strategies for social media and influencer pitches.
- Assist in influencer management, including recruitment, communication, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop successful client campaigns.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Execute campaigns, respond to inquiries, and provide insights across multiple social media channels.
- Coordinate with key opinion leaders, graphic designers, and vendors.
- Research market trends and provide insights for campaign performance reviews.
**Job Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in Social Media/Account Servicing preferred.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and creative writing is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends is advantageous.
- Energetic, responsive, organized, and passionate.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Indonesian and English (or Chinese).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
