**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a social media superstar who thinks creatively and loves the idea of becoming a meaningful part of our audience's conversations. You will be excited about challenging the status quo and by the opportunity to work in a business that understands the breadth of what social media can deliver. You will be passionate about our digitally savvy travellers and seek out best practice, test and learn strategies that deliver explosive organic growth.
Reporting to the Campaign Manager, social is one of our key communication pillars for organic growth. We are looking for someone with an intimate understanding of what will inspire our target and build our brand. We are wanting to create a "tribe' across all our social platforms. And be innovative and creative in the ways we do that. We want to break the mold and do things differently.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Develop and manage our social strategies and calendars aligned to business and brand outcomes. - Innovate and set world-class standards for social media marketing and sentiment
- Define, build and own our social channels including targets, optimisation, ongoing measurement and bringing insight back to the business.
- Partner with key social media platforms and influencers and seeks out and develops new and emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand.
- Works closely with our Customer Support team to ensure omnichannel experiences, recognises that this is also a customer service channel.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 1-3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably social media
- Strong understanding of Millennial/Gen Z behaviours across the travel industry a huge plus
- Established marketing expertise and strong understanding of how social fits into the overall mix.
- Proven track record of building and scaling social media platforms, blogs, influencers, WOM.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Is inquisitive and outcomes focused
