Social Media & Community Admin Internship

_Responsibilities:_
- Ensure content eligibility and consistency in holistic copy and communication through tone and voice
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment
- Assist creative team with content creation; brainstorming ideas, and writing captions
- Participate and maintain day to day engagement with audiences (community and followers), sharing stories, assisting in scheduling, and interacting with KOLs when appropriate
- Assist with running social media campaigns, tracking engagement, and compiling reports.
- Use the META dashboard to monitor and analyze content and ads performance, and share insights with the team for strategy optimization.
- Gather Social Media audiences' and Community members' feedback and share with our Commerce team
- **Requirements**_
- Final year student or fresh graduate from a related major
- Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude, with a passion for working with communities
- Proficient in social media (whatsapp and instagram) META dashboard, and Google Products (G-Mail, Spreadsheet, Slide etc,.)
- Have good writing and persuasive skills as a customer centrist.
- Willing to learn and understand data insights.
- Full remote
