Job Description:
- Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across the marketing funnel using multiple channels
- Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and convert them
- Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategies, starts from approaching suitable KOL, create & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain consistency in branding and yet be in "trend"
- Construct end-to-end full-scale social media campaigns that support company objectives
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Represent company in communication-related events or association meetings, establishing relevant industry linkages and beneficial partnerships.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and content creation tools to implement innovative content strategies.
- Represent company in communication-related events or association meetings, establishing relevant industry linkages and beneficial partnerships.
- Organize and participate in both online and offline events to build community and brand awareness
- Build relationship with the communities
Requirement:
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Community, Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist or a similar role
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective content strategies
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative partnership initiatives.
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers from multiples category
- Related exposure in financial companies or having a broad-knowledge of financial services is preferred
