About us
Kitabisa is a digital fundraising and donation platform connecting millions of kindness in Indonesia. Initiated in 2013 as a social movement, we continuously grow and collaborate with many companies, government bodies, non-profit organizations, hospitals, and public figures to harness the power of the masses in tackling social issues. Thus far, millions of #orangbaik have joined to scale up the impacts in helping other people in need. Through technology, we strive to build the largest community of people helping and protecting each other.

Stay current with TikTok trends and challenges, incorporating them creatively into Kitabisa's content strategy.
Develop content that captivates and engages Kitabisa's TikTok audience, fostering a sense of community and support for crowdfunding initiatives.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule on TikTok, ensuring regular and timely delivery of content.
Utilize TikTok analytics and other relevant tools to monitor the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Act as a brand advocate on TikTok, representing Kitabisa authentically and fostering positive interactions with the TikTok community.
Continuously explore and experiment with new TikTok features and trends to bring fresh and innovative content ideas to the platform.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Communications, Partnerships (Bussiness Unit), and Product teams to understand their respective needs and objectives. Work collaboratively to create content that is relevant and aligned with the goals of each stakeholder.
Minimum 2 years of TikTok content creation experience
Exceptional creativity with the ability to ideate, produce, and edit engaging and shareable TikTok content.
Strong storytelling skills to convey impactful messages and narratives within the short-form video format of TikTok.
Capability to independently create content from ideation to execution, demonstrating a hands-on approach throughout the entire content creation process.
Proficient in using video editing tools such as CapCut and InShot
Ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to Kitabisa's TikTok presence, utilizing the platform's unique features.
Demonstrated ability to create content that resonates with TikTok's diverse audience and drives engagement.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align TikTok content with overall brand messaging.
