Social Media Content Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

2. Create engaging and compelling social media content, including text, image, and video-based content, that aligns with the personal branding voice and objectives.

3. Plan and Handle end to end shooting, editing & producing video content for any social media platforms.

4. Execute creative videos that can create a strong impression & engagement in any platform.

5. Implement content strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, & increase engagement.

6. Monitor social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure brand consistency.

7. Conduct regular social media audits to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

8. Collaborate with our CEO for making the content at Social Media.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Art/Multimedia/Marketing/Communication/Management or related field.

2. Have extensive knowledge of content creation & social media best practices and online editorial (Videos & Photos).

3. Strong expertise in editing software to edit digital videos is a must (Capcut or Inshots).

4. Eager to learn with a sense of ongoing trends.

5. Able to work in any time & locations and have a great initiative and ability to work independently.

6. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

8. Good Communication and Speaking & Writing skills in English are preferred.

9. Having the basics of Social Media is a plus.

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month
