**Position Overview**:We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our online presence, engaging with our audience, and helping us grow our brand awareness and reach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to share on social media channels.
- Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Explore and implement new social media platforms and features to expand our online presence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
